Hargeisa-The Ministry of Health in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Bank Group has concluded a three-day training course for hospital directors in the country last week.
The aim of the training was to improve the management and leadership of the country’s hospital authorities that will enhance the knowledge and skills of the directors of the hospitals and sectional heads of the country’s hospitals in order to provide better quality health services.
The training, conducted by international doctors from the World Health Organization (WHO) of Geneva, will help improve the management and design of the country’s hospitals and provide high-quality health care.
This has been part of the Ministry of Health Development efforts in recent times to provide comprehensive health services to the Somaliland community by improving the skills and knowledge of health workers in the country’s health facilities.
