The Boodhari flour Mills and Indho-birta companies today(Saturday)signed a  major agreement in Hargeisa on Marketing and Electricity Services to enable the implementation of the largest power project that will link the capital city of Hargeisa and the the rural farming town of Abaarso, the first of kind in the country.

Indho-birta Energy utility company signed the Cooperation and Marketing Agreement for the construction of an 18km electric service line that will connecting Hargeisa and Abaarso.

Boodhari Mills has set up a a multimillion flour mill in Abaarso, which has been described as the largest joint venture in Somaliland.

Indho-birta Company is one of the largest electricity service providers in Hargeisa.

The project will increase development in the area.
