The PFM Coordination Unit has organised a three-day training on Leadership, Change Management and Performance Management for the Departmental Directors of the Ministry of Finance Development on April 20-22, 2019.
The Training was officially opened by the Minister of Finance Hon Dr. Saad Ali Shire. He emphasized the significance of this training in improving the leadership and Performance Management skills of the senior civil Servants of the Ministry of Finance Development.
