The President of the Republic of Somaliland, H.E President Muse Bihi Abdi, today (02.01.2019)signed Presidential decree No JSL / XM / WM / 222-249 / 012019 in which he approved the 2019 Annual Budget.
The Presidential decree stated as follows: –
The operating 2019 Annual Budget is In effect
In Accordance with: Article 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland;
In Accordance with: Article 75 of the Constitution of the Republic of Somaliland;
After I considering : The Decision of the House of Representatives, Lr. GW / KF-38/826/2018, dated 30/12/2018, in which they approved the 2019 Budget.
I have decided:
The 2019 Annual Budget Fiscal includes the Budget of the Central Government , Local Governments and International Grants SL.SH / 2 2,334,320,463,251 (Two Trillion , three hundred and thirty four Billion , three hundred and twenty million, four hundred and sixty three , two hundred and fifty Somaliland Shillings).
