The National Tender Board has awarded three works to similar number of construction companies in a move credited as fair and competitive.

In the announcements made in their office, the advertised tenders which were competitively participated in concerned the carpeting of Alamze stadium in Burao, a building to be added at Hargeisa University and a new section that is to be constructed at the ministry of Finance Headquarter; they were won and went to Haboon, Aalin and Dileyta construction companies respectively.

While making the announcements attended by various tender candidates the chairman of the board Mr. Nouh Mohammed Hassan described how it was competitively participated in and named the various participated in the race that went head to head until the finalists were chosen.

The losers praised the manner in which the tenders were awarded terming it fair. Past exercises have equally touted as fair-play in place by other recent losers.
