The Ministry of Finance has appointed new directors to head the departments of the customs and land revenues.
The Director General of Finance Mr. Mohamed Hussein (Mu’adinka) said that the new director of Customs is not new to the job, but previously worked in the revenue department, and now he is the deputy of the Inland Revenue.
As he oversaw the changes of guard at the departments he noted that none was indeed sacked.
The DG called on the revenue departments to work together as a family.
