The PFM Coordination Unit has conducted a two-day training workshop on performance management and adaptive leadership for change management for the Head of Sections from the Ministry of Finance Development on March 06 – 07, 2021.
The training aims to equip participants with the practical techniques and processes for conducting performance management for the staff in their respective sections within the Ministry of Finance Development. The training workshop will help the head of sections to recognize their role and effectively manage staff performance, enhance their skills in setting clear expectations, and objectively measuring individual performance using objectives and competencies as key measures.
Similarly, the training focuses on adaptive leadership for Change management as a structured approach to ensure transitioning individuals and teams impacted by reform efforts and to confirm a timely communication about change so that staff are aware and ready to adopt and support the introduced changes.
