The President of the Republic of Somaliland, HE Muse Bihi Abdi, accompanied by the Vice President of Somaliland, HE Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail (Saylici) held a second meeting today with the leaders of the opposition party UCID and Waddani, Eng Faisal Ali Hussein (Faisal Ali Warabe) and Abdirahman. After the meeting, the press spoke to the Vice President and the chairpersons of the two official opposition parties jointly informed the people of Somaliland that they had reached a consensus on the terms of the agreement before the 10/01/2020 so as to overcome the challenges of holding elections.
