Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Adan, the Governor of Maroodi-jeh Region, presided over a high-level security meeting today, convened to assess the overall security landscape and reinforce inter-agency coordination among security forces.
The gathering, which included the Regional Executive Secretary and the Regional Security Director, brought together all heads of the region’s security branches. During the proceedings, participants engaged in extensive deliberations on the current security situation, with particular emphasis on recent developments and incidents recorded over the past month.
Furthermore, the forum conducted a thorough follow-up review of the resolutions and agreements reached during the previous session. This included an evaluation of implementation progress—highlighting measures successfully executed, those still pending, and the underlying factors contributing to delays in their rollout.
