Hargeisa – The Director of Hargeisa General Hospital, Dr. Ahmed-wali Dahir Xaddi, and the Director General of the Ministry of Health Developments, Dr. Ahmed-zaki Mahmoud, attended the African Asia Pacific Health Innovation & Global Partnership Summit, held in Taipei, Taiwan.
The international summit brought together health leaders, experts, and institutions from numerous countries, with a focus on health innovation, international collaboration, the advancement of healthcare services, and strengthening partnerships between African and Asian nations.
The participation of these officials reflects the ongoing efforts to improve healthcare services in Somaliland and to reinforce international cooperation in order to gain new knowledge, expertise, and opportunities that can effectively contribute to the development of the country’s health system.
We hope that the outcomes and partnerships emerging from this summit will significantly enhance the quality of healthcare services and elevate the standard of care for the community.
