The late Governor of Toghdeer region of the Republic of Somaliland, Hamza Mohamed Abdi, was pronounced dead moments upon arrival in Turkey whereby he was due to undergo treatment.
The Late Hamze was airlifted from Hargeisa Sunday on critical condition.
