HARGEISA – The President of the Republic of Somaliland, His Excellency Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Cirro), has extended his heartfelt congratulations to all students who successfully passed the national certificate examinations for Grade 8 and Form 4 across the country.
In an official statement, the President lauded the students for their dedication, perseverance, and outstanding achievement, emphasising that their success is a testament to their hard work and commitment. He also offered special recognition to parents and teachers, whose sustained efforts and sacrifice have been instrumental in guiding the students to this milestone.
President Cirro further praised the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research, alongside the National Examinations Board, for their indispensable role in the planning, administration, marking, and timely release of the examination results.
Addressing the successful candidates, the President reminded them that this achievement does not mark the end of their academic journey, but rather the beginning of a new and demanding chapter. He encouraged them to approach the future with renewed determination, confidence, creativity, and high aspirations. He also expressed his hope that they would use their knowledge and skills to contribute meaningfully to the development of their nation and the well-being of the Somali people.
The President concluded by wishing all students continued success in their future endeavours.
