The 73rd session of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Somaliland, chaired by His Excellency President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro), was held Wednesday at the Presidential Palace.
During the session, President Irro presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the Minister of National Planning and Development, Ms. Kaltun Sheikh Hassan Abdi. The honor was bestowed in recognition of her exceptional work ethic, sense of responsibility, adherence to procedural discipline, respect for Council meetings, and the tireless efforts she has invested in fulfilling her official duties.
This recognition underscores the national leadership’s acknowledgment of the efficiency, dedication, accountability, and professional integrity that distinguish the Minister’s service.
In response, Minister Kaltun Sheikh Hassan Abdi expressed her gratitude to the President for the honor and recognition, reaffirming her commitment to continuing her dedicated service to the nation and the people of Somaliland.
