The Speaker of Somaliland House of Representatives and chairman of the WADDANI National party Hon Abdurrahman Mohamed Abdullahi “Irro” on Saturday announced wide ranging changes involving members of the various HoR sub committees.
In a press statement released by the office of the Speaker of Somaliland House of Representatives REF#GW/G/02/26/2016 and dated on the 19/ 03/2016 stated as follows:-
