HARGEISA – The Chairman of the ruling WADDANI Party, Mr. Hersi Ali H. Hassan, accompanied by the Party’s Deputy Chairman, Mr. Abdirashid Mohamed Yusuf, and a senior figure within the party leadership, Mr. Abdi Raygal Beegsi, officially welcomed two prominent new members at the Party’s headquarters in Hargeisa.
In a formal accession ceremony, the party leadership received former Director, Mr. Sheikh Salebaan Said Ali, and former Member of Parliament, Mr. Mohamed Ali H. Ahmed, who have both officially joined the ranks of the ruling WADDANI Party. Their decision to join is widely viewed as a strategic reinforcement of the party’s leadership base and organizational capacity in the region.
In a separate event, Chairman Heirsi Ali H. Hassan also hosted a distinguished honorary reception for former Minister, Mr. Osman Abdillahi Saxardiid Cadani. The Chairman extended a warm and respectful welcome to the former minister, underscoring WADDANI’s ongoing efforts to attract seasoned political figures and broaden its political coalition from its Hargeisa headquarters.
