The WADDANI party headquarters witnessed a day of notable political activity today, as party leaders held two distinct receptions—one for a visiting delegation of recent joiners and another for a high-profile individual formally joining the party.
First Reception: Delegation Led by Mohamed Ibrahim Adan (Qabyatire)
In the first engagement, a group of politicians who had recently aligned with WADDANI, led by veteran figure Mohamed Ibraahin Aadan (Qabyatire), paid a courtesy visit to the party’s central headquarters. Party officials warmly received the delegation and expressed deep appreciation for the visit, highlighting the political experience and renewed energy that the new members bring to the party’s growing base.
Second Reception: Former Commissioner Mahamuud Daahir Jaamac Formally Joins
In a separate ceremony held later at the party leader’s office, Mahamuud Daahir Jaamac—a former Commissioner and Manager who has served in two of Somaliland’s most pivotal national institutions—officially joined WADDANI. The party leader personally welcomed him, expressing great satisfaction at reuniting with the seasoned statesman and reaffirming the value of his extensive public service experience.
